Understanding Hydration for Kidney Health

Artistic blue water splash with layered snake patterns.

Interview with Betty Bogdanowicz from Coral Choice

How does 4 Steps to Health educate the general public about hydration? We are careful how we educate the general public because we are not licensed medical professionals; our information is based on research and the support of clean hydration. Clean hydration refers to consuming clean drinking water, which is essential for human life. The water people drink must effectively assist with proper hydration and help filter waste products from their bodies. If the water contains certain chemicals that hinder adequate hydration, individuals may suffer as a result. 4 Steps to Health promotes 'Superhydration' with water that meets specific parameters, allowing our bodies to absorb these nutrients. Clean water can be filtered using a high-quality system like Reverse Osmosis, resulting in distilled water. Consequently, we need to add minerals to it. We personally use 'Coral-Mine' from Okinawa, Japan, where people statistically live long and healthy lives.

What has your organization learned about the relationship between hydration and kidney function? Again, we are not medical professionals or nephrologists. However, we have learned that proper hydration is vital for kidney function. Inconsistent hydration can negatively impact the kidneys. Toxicity is often a leading cause of kidney issues. Interestingly, our skin is frequently referred to as the '3rd Kidney,' as it reflects signs of toxicity both internally and externally.

Does your organization refer to specific literature or research for information about hydration? There is a wealth of research on hydration and its significance for our bodies. A leader in this field is Dr. Batmanghelidj, whose studies are well-known in the United States. Dr. Batmanghelidj's research shows that many diseases are linked to a lack of proper hydration. Instead of merely treating symptoms, let's focus on resolving this issue. We want people to prioritize hydration from water over other fluids, such as coffee or soda, since science indicates that proper hydration allows our bodies to function correctly, enabling our cells to thrive. In our opinion, the best approach is to consume naturally mineralized, ionized water with an alkaline pH of 7.5-9.5 and low surface tension, resembling that of blood.

Who are the people your organization contends for? Our organization advocates for the well-being, general health, and proper hydration of everyone. We aim to help people understand how our bodies function and how to regain health and energy through simple and effective strategies.
